Baltic Heritage Co-operation

The cultural heritage co-operation in the Baltic Sea States, initiated by the Ministers of Culture, has been functioning since 1998.

The mandates have been given in the Lubeck Declaration 21–23 September 1997, in the Declaration of Gdansk 20–21 September 1999, in the Copenhagen Declaration 18–19 September 2001, in the St. Petersburg Declaration 1–3 December 2003, in the Bergen Declaration 26-27 September 2005 and at the Ministerial meeting in Riga October 2008.
